Michael Zaporzan is the owner and operator of JETZ Aviation Ltd.

 

He has over 25 years of aviation experience and has a deep knowledge of the industry, having worked in the following areas:

• Flight department management;

• Quality assurance;

• Appraisals (a Senior Certified Aircraft Appraiser, USPAP endorsed - Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice;

• Flying;

• A captain on the Learjet and Citation series aircraft; 

• Training;

• Aircraft maintenance;

• Instruction;

• Facilitating and consulting experience across private and public sector aviation industries.​

Michael's Background
Zaporzan's passion and interest for aviation began as a teenager when he received his Private Pilot's License. Later, he pursued aviation in college, earning his aircraft maintenance license, working as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, and ultimately earning an Airline Transport Pilot license.

 

Since Zaporzan founded JETZ Aviation Ltd. in 2003, he continues to provide aircraft services to company executives in the corporate and aviation industry.

 

As an entrepreneur with management and leadership experience, Michael continues to focus on evolving and developing his aviation services company with a focus on corporate aircraft acquisitions, aircraft appraisals, flight department management, aviation training and consulting, and management. He also provides coaching and leadership to executives and employees in the industry.

 

Michael is active in the community and is a past member of the Board for St. John Brebeuf School.
